She received her first higher education at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (in 1984), and her second (law) degree at the Kyiv National Economic University (2000). She began her career as a process engineer at the Arsenal Plant. She applied the acquired legal knowledge and skills in practice, working at the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a senior research fellow (1995-2002). She has been working at the Faculty of Law of the Kyiv National Economic University since 2002.
 
She teaches the subject "History of State and Law of Foreign Countries" and the discipline "Jurisprudence" for economics students, has experience teaching the subject "Roman Private Law" and the special course "Legal Regulation of the Real Estate Market". The total number of publications is over 35, the main ones being: monograph: “The Principle of Good Faith in Roman Private Law: History and Modernity” (2011); textbook: “Legal Regulation of the Real Estate Market in Ukraine” (2005). The topic of the dissertation research is “The Principle of Good Faith (bona fides) and its reception in the civil legislation of Ukraine”. Scientific interests: Roman law, comparative civil studies. For about ten years he has been the editor of the newspaper of the Faculty of Law “Pravoznavets”. Curator of the student study group.
