Larysa Sluchaina. I graduated from Chernivtsi State University majoring in "Romanic and Germanic Languages and Literature (English)"in 1980. In December 2009, I received the scientific degree of candidate of political sciences. In February 2020, I was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication. I have the experience in educational, methodological and scientific research, which includes participation in trainings and seminars, scientific conferences; participation in the work of the organizing committees of international conferences and the All-Ukrainian Olympiad; work with the programs of educational disciplines.In 2013 I graduated from advanced training courses at Kyiv National University of Economics with a specialty "Development and use of distance courses in the educational process". Additionally, I completed international internships in the USA in the field of "Managing English Language Training";at Krakow University of Economics "New and Innovative Teaching Methods";at Warsaw University Collegium Civitas in the field of "Internationalization of Higher Education".I teach the following disciplines: English language, Business English (bachelor's level);Intercultural communication (master's level). |

Publications: | The list of my scientific, educational, and methodical works contains 24 titles. 20 of them are of scientific character, 4 of them are of educational and methodical character (3 publications in the editions included in the scientometric SCOPUS, Web of Science, Index Copernicus databases). I am a co-author of the "English Language. Basic military-diplomatic course" manual (Letter of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine dated 12.29.2012 No. 1/11-20301); a co-designer of some distance courses and exams: "A Foreign Language (English)", "Intercultural Communication"; a distance exam on intercultural communication and a distance exam on a foreign language for academic purposes. |
