In 1986 she graduated from the economic faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specialty "political economy", later - postgraduate education in Research Center  of scientific potential and history of science named after H.M.Dobrova and in 1996 defended her thesis. In 1982-1992 she worked in publishing house "Scientific Opinion", since 1985 - in the editorial office of Economic Literature as scientific editor.  Since 1995, she worked in state institutions and engaged in issues related to capital markets, securities market and some segments of the financial market, in particular:
-  the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (1995 - Deputy Head of Department on capital markets)
- The State Securities and Stock Market  Commission  (1995 - 2003 years - head of securities regulation and licensing of professional securities market participants)
- The State Commission for Regulation of  Market for Financial Services of Ukraine (2003 - 2009 years - a member of the  Commission  -  Director of Department of supervision for financial companies
 She has the III-rd-rank of public servant.
