Olha Dymnich participated in the international CIVICA Inclusiveness WorkshopAssociate Professor and Doctoral student in the Banking and Insurance Department, Olha Dymnich, participated in the international CIVICA Inclusiveness Workshop, held on December 4-5, 2025, at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). The event included lectures and discussions on relevant issues of developing inclusive practices in modern academic and organizational environments, in particular: • AI and algorithmic injustices – Potentials and pitfalls for inclusion (Prof. Magnus Mähring); • Inclusion in Organizations (Prof. Laurence Romani). The speakers were professors and associate professors from the SSE, who provided an opportunity to explore advanced approaches to ensuring inclusion in educational and professional institutions. During the workshop, Assoc. Prof. Olha Dymnich made professional contacts with the directors of the finance and economics departments, as well as with the international student exchange office. University representatives expressed interest in further cooperation, particularly in the field of military economics research. The information obtained during the workshop is used in teaching bachelor`s-level courses in EPs “Financial Business Management” and “Banking Business”, as well as master`s-level courses in EP “Insurance and Financial Security”.
