The discipline goal is to provide the students with the basic theoretical and practical knowledge of financial, economic, organizational and legislative relations at the mortgage market based on the national and foreign experience, Ukrainian legislation and normative acts.

The discipline aim is to form the complex of students' competencies, which are sufficient for the beginning of their professional work at the primary positions under the guidance of experienced professionals and managers.
