Macro-financial PlanningThe course goal.Thus, the primary course goal is to provide students with the tools, and the skills to use these tools, to understand the underlying concepts and practical tradeoffs entailed in public financial resources planning alternatives. This will prepare students to be informed consumers of public financial planning data, and thus, equip students to engage constructively in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of macro-financial planning. This course is the study of public finance and planning as an integrated subject beginning with an introduction of techniques and methods used in the public financial planning, appropriate subjects and appropriateness of their useand moving towards financial analysis, financing and valuation.At the end of the course students will be able to better understand strategy planning in the area of public finance, and how monitoring of the main factors affect the financial stability and fiscal solvency.
