Course Paper Academic Discipline “Financial Accounting of Assets” “Financial Accounting of Liabilities”


Completing the course paper for the academic disciplines "Financial Accounting of Assets" and "Financial Accounting of Liabilities" is an integral part of the educational process and an active form of independent work for students.
The course paper is an independent scientific and practical study that allows students to consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge acquired while studying financial accounting. It helps to develop skills in working independently with specialized literature, accounting data, and financial statements and making generalizations and conclusions.

The purpose of writing the course paper is to deepen the theoretical knowledge acquired by students during the course, to develop skills in applying this knowledge to practical accounting issues, as well as to make generalizations and draw conclusions.

The objectives of writing the course paper are:
  • To deepen and expand theoretical and practical knowledge
  • To acquire skills in independent scientific research, formulating thoughts and conclusions, and presenting them logically, sequentially, and convincingly
  • To develop skills in public defense of the prepared material (presentation, answering questions, defending one's viewpoint)

In the process of completing the course paper, the student must independently find, study, and process specialized literature on the chosen topic, demonstrate the ability to solve tasks related to financial accounting, and apply the acquired knowledge in practice for recording accounting transactions.
