In 2003, he graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University, with a master's degree in "Economic Statistics".

From 2003 to 2023 - leading system administrator of the distance learning systems administration department of the Institute of Distance Education.
From 2016 to 2023 - internal part-time assistant at the Department of Informatics and Systemology.
