In 1991 he graduated from Samarkand State University named after A. Navoi (Uzbekistan). In 1991-1994 - a postgraduate student of the Department of Integral and Differential Equations of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 1994 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Integral toroidal sets of one class of systems of differential equations". Since 1995 - a researcher in the research department of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
