2004р. – graduated from the National Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in «Jurisprudence» and obtained a master's degree in law (diploma with honors KH No. 24307543)

2013 р. – graduated from the Academy of Municipal Management in «Public Service» and qualified as a public service specialist (diploma with honors KV No. 45827506)

2013р. – was awarded the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences in the specialty «Administrative law and process; financial law, informational law», 12.00.07 (diploma of the DK No. 019125). Dissertation topic «Administrative and legal regulation of delegation of powers to local self-government bodies»

Experience of teaching and practical work:

Since September 2001 started work at the National Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Worked as a specialist of the first category of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law/Department of International Law

September 2004 – December 2004 worked as a lawyer of Kyiv Investment Alliance LLC

January 2005 – June 2006 worked as a lawyer at Financial Company Ukrenergoaudit LLC

June 2006 – November 2006 worked as a lawyer as a lawyer's assistant

November 2006 – September 2011 - worked as the head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Solomyanskiy District State Administration in the city of Kyiv

September 2011 – February 2012 worked as a chief specialist of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

August 2014 – July 2015 - worked as dean of the Faculty of Law of the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade, associate professor of the Department of Theory, History of the State and Law; developer of the educational discipline «Intellectual Property Law»
