Gerald M. Groshek is a Professor of International Economics at the School of Business of the University of Redlands, California, USA. His teaching and research focus on practical experience in international banking and foreign exchange trade.

Professor Groshek actively participates in international projects, particularly under the Fulbright Program, which funded his visits to Slovakia and Ukraine.

On September 30, 2015, the Academic Council of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman awarded Gerald Groshek the title of Doctor Honoris Causa. Professor Groshek was invited to the university as part of the Fulbright Program in November 2010, which contributed to strengthening academic ties between KNEU and the University of Redlands.

Professor Groshek fostered cooperation between KNEU and the University of Redlands. On September 19, 2019, a joint diploma awarding ceremony was held for students from both universities, highlighting the success of the partnership and academic exchange.
