Dr. Gregory Gardner is a Professor at the Department of Business and Administration at the State University of New York at Potsdam (SUNY Potsdam), USA. His research interests include business administration, economics, and management.

On October 31, 2019, in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Professor Gregory Gardner was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa of KNEU. The ceremony took place in the university's conference hall, attended by KNEU Rector D. H. Lukyanenko, vice-rectors, and faculty deans.

Professor Gardner actively promotes international cooperation between SUNY Potsdam and Ukrainian universities. In particular, he participates in the dual-degree program with Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (KNEU), which allows students to obtain diplomas from both universities. He has recognized the high level of knowledge among KNEU students and noted the similarities between Ukrainian and American students in their aspirations and ambitions.
