Olha Dymnich, participated in the international CIVICA Inclusiveness Workshop16 December 2025р.Associate Professor and doctoral researcher in the Banking and Insurance Department, Olha Dymnich, participated in the international CIVICA Inclusiveness Workshop, held on 4-5 December 2025, at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). The event brought together representatives of European universities to discuss best practices in building inclusive learning environments and strengthening institutional approaches to equality and participation. The workshop programme included a series of lectures and discussions on the key challenges of modern inclusiveness. Prof. Magnus Mähring delivered the lecture “AI and algorithmic injustices - Potentials and pitfalls for inclusion” while Prof. Laurence Romani presented “Inclusion in Organizations.” The panel discussion on inclusive classroom practices featured Associate Professors Katja Einola and Mark Voorneveld, who shared insights from the SSE Inclusive Classroom Training programme. During the workshop, Assoc. Prof. Dymnich established professional contacts with the deans and directors of the Finance and Economics faculties, as well as with the representatives of the International Student Exchange Office at SSE. The Swedish colleagues expressed strong interest in further cooperation, particularly in areas related to war economy research and future joint academic projects.
