The aim of the project is to theoretically substantiate the essence of the smart economy concept and develop tools for building a smart economy in Ukraine in the context of global challenges
Tasks: - to develop a theoretical concept of the smart economy, its essence, components and drivers of development; - to study the evolution of the concept of smart economy and reveal its forms of manifestation in the global economic environment; - to define a structured system of indicators for assessing the development of the smart economy at different levels; - to identify mechanisms and tools for building a smart economy at different levels (local, regional, national); - analyze trends in the development of the smart economy at the national, regional, international and global levels; - to provide a comparative assessment of modern practices of building smart cities; - to reveal the system of external and internal factors (drivers) for the effective implementation of the smart economy at the national level in modern conditions; - to study the features of strategies and mechanisms for building a smart economy in the global economic environment; - to identify promising areas for the implementation of the smart economy concept in Ukraine on the basis of protecting national interests, technological modernization and sustainable development.
