NEUROARCHITECTONICS OF DIGITALIZATION AND ENTROPY DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMSNumber of state registration: 0126U001539 Category of work:applied Term of execution: 2026-2028 years Source of funding: funds of the State Budget of Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from09.01.2026 year№22) Project objectiveis todevelop and test an applied toolkit of digitalization neuroarchitectonics for the controlled entropic development of socio-economic systems in the circular economy paradigm, providing measurement, modeling and support for management decisions aimed at increasing the resilience, productivity and sustainability of public and private organizations. Objectives: 1. Investigate the genesis of digital and entropy development. 2. Develop a methodological toolkit for evaluating digitalization and entropic development of socio-economic systems. 3. Conduct a critical analysis of world and domestic experience in modeling complex socio-economic systems. 4. Improve existing and develop new methods of modeling complex systems based on entropy, multifractal, recurrent, network and chaos dynamic analysis. 5. Create a methodology for evaluating digitalization and entropy development: build a system of indicators and composite indices based on mono- and multi-scale entropy measures and complexity indicators. 6. Investigate the possibility of developing and using econophysical and neuroeconomic methods of artificial intelligence, which will include physical and economic awareness of the modeled system and the dynamics of complexity indicators: hybrid models with physical knowledge, graph neural networks, transformers, fuzzy logic models that can manifest themselves better compared to basic statistical/econometric approaches. 7. Investigate the role of digitalization in reducing the entropy of the development of socio-economic systems. 8. Develop methodological approaches and recommendations for assessing the feasibility of investing in the digitalization of socio-economic systems in conditions of constant transformations and strengthening of entropic processes. 9. Assess the role of artificial intelligence in the transformation of the economy during the war. 10. Create a family of entropy, multifractal, recurrent, network and chaos dynamic analysis models to track instability regimes and tipping points in complex socio-economic systems. 11. Investigate the possibilities of modeling the behavioral reactions of economic agents in the conditions of changes and the crisis context of development for the construction of effective strategies for the development of industries in the conditions of a circular economy. 12. Develop practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of management of socio-economic systems in the conditions of increasing digitalization and strengthening entropy processes. 13. Develop proposals for new flexible and adaptive approaches to the management of socio-economic systems aimed at reducing entropic processes and minimizing entropic risks. 14. Formulate recommendations for improving digital policy, determine development priorities and a new conceptual approach to the recovery of Ukraine’s economy and European future after the war.
