The Perspectiva Employment Promotion Department is a structural unit of the university with 20 years of experience in close cooperation with employers and in promoting the employment of students and graduates of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Promoting student employment:

• informing students about employment opportunities, internships and practice;
• providing information on temporary employment during studies, in summer and winter and on a part-time basis;
• organizing direct contacts between students and employers;
• assisting employers in selecting specialists from the database of candidates for employment;
• organizing job fairs and other career events;
• organizing and holding competitions and master classes with the involvement of experts from leading organizations.

Conducting trainings on the technology of independent job search:

• effective presentation of oneself in the labor market;
• writing resumes, motivational and cover letters;
• successful completion of interviews, competitive selection, etc.

Advising students on career planning:

• defining a job search strategy;
• assessment of competencies and development of an action plan;
• assistance in choosing the direction of professional career development.
