I would like to inform you that registration is now open and the programme has been finalised for the EFMD Advisory Seminar: 'Defining and Implementing an Internationalisation Strategy' which will take place on 12th December 2012 at our EFMD premises in Brussels, Belgium.

Together with your colleagues and peers, you will discuss how to design and manage an international strategy in your School and you will have the opportunity to test ideas and listen to a variety of approaches.

Topics will include discussion on the key issues in designing a realistic strategy for internationalisation that takes into account the positioning of the school and its national context. In smaller groups, you will also have the opportunity to discuss matters related to internationalisation such as international alliances, alignment of strategy with the resources and the internationalisation of the faculty.

The seminar will be moderated by Gordon Shenton, Associate Director, Corporate Services, EFMD. Confirmed speakers will include Sue Cox, Dean, Lancaster University Management School, UK and Patrice Houdayer, Directeur Gц?nц?ral, EM Lyon, Dean of Academic Programmes.
