Born 11.08.1971 in Volnovaha, Donetsk region. Graduated from the Economics Faculty of Lugansk Agricultural Institute in 1993. Completed postgraduate program and defended thesis for the Ph. D. degree in 1999. From 1999 till 2003 worked as a lecturer and assistant professor at Economics Department of European University. Became an associated professor in 2002. Has been working at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman since 2003.
