Born on November 23, 1986 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Education: In 2003, he graduated from Kyiv Secondary School No. 266. In the same year, he began studying at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. From 2003 to 2008, he obtained a higher education in the specialty "International Economy and Banking" (2003-2007: bachelor's degree, 2007-2008: master's degree). From 2007 to 2013, he obtained a second higher education majoring in "Jurisprudence" at the National Academy of Internal Affairs (2007-2011 specialist, 2012-2013 master's degree). Employment: 05.2007 – 09.2009 economist of the 1st category of the credit risk administration and planning department of the Kyiv branch of the Public Joint-Stock Bank "Industrialbank". 01.2010 – 11.2015 service in the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. 11.2015 - till now service in the National Police of Ukraine. Head of the system design and implementation Unit of the IT Department of the National Police of Ukraine. The Police Lieutenant Colonel. Combatant since 2015.
