In 2002, Svitlana Zadereiko graduated from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman and received a degree in the specialty "Law of economic regulation". Since 2003, he has been working at the Law Institute. Since September 2020, he has been acting as the deputy director of the Law Institute. In 2020, she defended her candidate's thesis on the topic: "Features of criminal proceedings against minors: a comparative legal analysis" in the specialty 12.00.09 - criminal process and criminology; forensic examination; investigative activity.
