Brief description of professional biography:

In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the State Higher Educational Institution "Vadim Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics" and received a full higher education majoring in "Jurisprudence" and obtained a master's degree in law.

In 2009, he graduated from the Postgraduate Education Center of the State Higher Educational Institution "Vadim Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics" majoring in "Accounting and Auditing" and was awarded the qualification of Accounting and Auditing Specialist.

In 2013, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences (specialty 12.00.08 - criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law) on the topic: "Exemption from criminal liability for crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine."

In 2019, he graduated from the National Pedagogical University named after M. P. Drahomanov, majoring in "Philology" and obtained a master's degree (professional qualification - philologist; specialist in German language and foreign literature).

In 2019, according to the decision of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

In 2021, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law (specialty: 12.00.08 - criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law and 21.07.01 - ensuring the state security of Ukraine) on the topic: "Criminal legal protection of the state security of Ukraine in military sphere".

Since 2022, expert of the Committee for State Prizes of Ukraine in the field of science and technology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

In 2023, by the decision of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, he was awarded the academic title of professor.

The laureates of the Academician Mykola Panov Award of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine for 2023 in the nomination for the best monographic research on criminal law.

Member of the editorial board of the specialized scientific and practical journals "Our Law", "European Perspectives" and "Pravo.UA".

Member of the working groups of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, which prepares amendments to the Laws of Ukraine "On the Security Service of Ukraine" and "On Intelligence", the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Law Enforcement Activities, which prepares amendments to the legislation of Ukraine in the fight against organized crime. He was also a member of the working group of the National Commission for Strengthening Democracy and Establishing the Rule of Law during the drafting of the new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

The author and co-author of more than 160 scientific and educational and methodological works on the problems of criminology, criminal and criminal procedural law, ensuring the state and national security of Ukraine, operative-investigative and counter-intelligence activities, of which 7 monographic studies (two individual studies), 3 educational and educational methodological manuals, abstracts of conferences, as well as a number of scientific articles published in domestic and foreign periodicals, which are included in the list of specialized publications in the field of legal sciences and are indexed in the reference databases Scopus and Web of Science.

For outstanding merits in ensuring the defense capability of Ukraine, strengthening national security, fighting crime, protecting the constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen, personally demonstrated courage, dedication, exemplary performance of official duty, demonstrated honor and valor, he was awarded the award of the President of Ukraine "For participation in anti-terrorist operation", "For the defense of Ukraine" and departmental awards "Firearms".
