Graduated from the Kyiv National University of Economics (2002) with a degree in Law (qualification "Master of Legal Regulation of Economics"). 2002 - Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (specialist of the first category, scientific consultant of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Legislative Activity, Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Legislation). 2002 and till now - Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Department of Legal Regulation of Economics (assistant, senior lecturer); Department of Financial Law (Senior Lecturer); Department of Administrative and Financial Law (Senior Lecturer). Areas of research: problems of administrative and financial law, public administration of higher education institutions. Courses taught: financial law, tax law, tax consulting (first (bachelor's) level of higher education). Certification training: 1. Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of the University of Education Management of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in the category "Teachers-tutors (organizers) of distance learning of universities of III-IV levels of accreditation" (certificate of advanced training № 12SPV 144971 from 07.11.2014); 2.
