In 2005, he graduated from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD).

From 2006 to 2008, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Finance at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

Since 2008, he has held the position of a leading researcher at the Research Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

From 2010 to 2015, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of International Finance at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU).

In 2015, he defended his PhD dissertation on the topic "Organizational and Economic Mechanism for Regulating Technology Transfer."

He teaches the following courses: International Economics, Global Entrepreneurship.
