Biography:
October 2023 - Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (Munich, Germany). Research topic: "The role of startups in the post-war economic recovery of Ukraine".
 
2022 - 2023 - Lane Kirkland Fellow at the Polish-American Freedom Foundation under the Lane Kirkland Program. She successfully defended her thesis at the University of Wroclaw (Poland) on the topic "The Impact of ESG on Financial Decision Making".
 
In 2022, she completed advanced training at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University in the field of IT platform for teacher's educational activities (level 3). 
 
Participant of the project of young scientists "Realization of the potential of young scientists in the integration of science, education, business" (2020 - 2022)
 
In 2021, she received the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling.
 
In 2020, she defended her doctoral dissertation on "Financial Mechanisms for Ensuring Balanced Human Development" and received a Doctor of Economics degree.

In 2014, she defended her dissertation on "Lending to Innovative Projects" and received a PhD in Economics.
 
 In 2011, she completed her master's degree at the V. Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. Then she was enrolled in the postgraduate program of the Department of Banking Investments (2011-2014).
 
She has experience in the financial sector and in consulting services.
