Her specialisation is “The Organisation of Mechanized Processing of the Economic Information”. Awarded qualification of Engineer/Economist. Since 1992 Dybkova Liudmyla works in Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Ukraine, teaches discipline “The Informatics”. She is Honored Worker of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. 2006 - successful defence of a thesis on “The Individual Approach in Forming a Professional Competence of Future Economists” as a candidate for the degree in Pedagogical Sciences (specialty “The Theory and Methods of Vocational Education“). 2008 - awarded title of “Associate Professor” in the Department of Informatics. 2016 - successfully defended a dissertation on “Theoretical and Methodical Basis of the Evaluation System of Results of Educational Activity of Students of Economic Specialties“ and was awarded a Doctorate in Pedagogical Sciences (specialty “The Theory of Learning“. 2020 - awarded title of “Professor” in the Department of Informatics. Advanced training 1996 – program of professional development in the software department of the Institute of Legislation of the Supreme Council of Ukraine. 2001 – "The Theory and Practice of Distance Learning" in the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration. 2003 – "Modern Methods of Training" in Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. 2009 – "Creating an Interactive Site for Distance Learning” at the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute. 2015 – "Development of Distance Courses in the Moodle System" at the Institute for Advanced Training of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. 2018 – "Balanced Economic and Legal Processes in Society and Business Environment in the Context of Globalization" at the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria.
