I was born on January 24, 1977 Іn 1999 graduated from Vadym Hetman State University with a specialization in "Banking". I have been working at the Department of Political Science and Sociology since 2003, and at the Department of Sociology since 2015. Senior lecturer of the department of sociology, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Ukraine. Since 2002, I have been working inpublic organization "Union of Tenants and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine". I have experience of participating in a number of international projects and programs, in particular: 1) "Promoting public communications in the dialogue between government and the public in terms of implementation of Chapter XXІ of the Association Agreement in the context of decentralization " with the financial support of the IF «Renaissance» №52974 (manager, expert); 2) Swedish-Ukrainian project "labor market dialog (representative of the Public Organization "Union of Tenants and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine" (UTEU); 3) Ukrainian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, Working Group 1 "Social Dialogue" (representative of the Public Organization "Union of Tenants and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine").

Field of scientific interests: social dialogue, public dialogue, social responsibility, sustainable development. I have 16 scientific publications.

I am working on a candidate's thesis on the topic "Social dialogue in the system of social and labour relations: mechanisms of formation and functioning" in the specialisation 051 "Economics".
