Scientific research of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology
Currently, the department is implementing an initiative research work carried out within the working hours of teachers on the topic: “Innovation and subjectivity as guidelines for personal development in the current crisis conditions”(State registration number: 0124U004598, 2024-2029).
The purpose of the study is to determine and substantiate the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of innovativeness and subjectivity of higher education students and to develop a model for their creation at the university.
Objectives of the study
- To summarize the results of studying Ukrainian and foreign experience on the phenomena of innovation and subjectivity, their diagnosis and development in higher education students.
- To determine and substantiate the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of innovativeness and subjectivity of higher education students in the current crisis conditions.
- To develop a model for creating psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of innovativeness and subjectivity of higher education students at the university.
- To prepare educational and methodological support for creating psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of innovation and subjectivity of higher education students at the university.
Expected results:
- publication of scientific materials (scientific articles, abstracts on the issues studied in the course of the departmental research topic);
- development of innovative educational and methodological support and its implementation in the educational process;
- providing methodological recommendations to research and teaching staff on the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of innovativeness and subjectivity of higher education students at the university.
