The draft regulations on the organization of labor activity, including on the basis of well-being, are based on an improved concept of decent work, which takes into account the increased need for social protection of workers in the current conditions (significant challenges to worker safety due to the pandemic, armed conflict, etc.) The roadmap for the organization of labor activity in the new global ecosystem includes theoretical and methodological recommendations for the development and implementation of labor regulations for various forms of work 4. the structural and functional model of the social sphere is based on the theory of ecosystems, describes the ability to transform under the influence of external challenges, and allows to propose measures to adapt the social protection system to modern challenges. The model of training specialists in social sector management is a structured reflection of the needs of the social sector and the labor market in the relevant competencies of modern managers, which allow specialists to work effectively in conditions of uncertainty and socio-economic risks.
