Graduated from the Economics Faculty of Lviv Trade and Economic Institute with a degree in economy of trade. Afterwards worked as an economist at procurement agency of Rivne district consumer union. Received a PH. D. degree in  economy, planning and organization of management in non- production spheres in  1992. From 1991 till 2001 worked as a teaching assistant, senior lecturer and associate professor at the Economics Department of Lviv Academy of Commerce. From 2002 till 2003 worked as an associated professor of Economy of Entrepreneurship Department of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and at Economy of Enterprises Department of Institute of Economics and Law "Krok". Has been working as an associate professor at Personnel Management and Labour Economics Department of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman since 2003.
