Born January 12, 1982 in Kamyanets-Podilskiy, Khmelnitsk region in the family of public officers. Graduated high school with honors in 1998. Graduated from Podilsk State Agro-technical Academy with a Master`s degree in accounting and audit. Professional experience: teacher at the Economics and Law Faculty of Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law; Accountant at Kamyanets-Podilskiy branch of OJSC "Khmelnitskgaz"; postgraduate student, teaching assistant, senior lecturer, assistant professor at Personnel Management and Labour Economics Department of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.
