Management of Agricultural Business
Having mastered the disciplines of the speciality "Management" specialization "Management of Agricultural Business" the student acquires the following knowledge:
─ basic understanding of the fundamentals of Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology that promote the development of culture and socialization of an individual;
─ basic knowledge of the History of the Ukrainian society, History of Economics and Economic Thought, Political Science, Law and Basics of Economics, understanding the causation of social development and the ability to use them in professional and social activities;
─ basic fundamental knowledge of Economics, Mathematics and Computer Science, to the extent necessary for studying general economic disciplines and use of economic and mathematical methods in the chosen profession;
─ basic knowledge of infrastructure and mechanisms of regional, national and international markets functioning, state and regional government;
─ in-depth knowledge of agricultural formations economy, theory of organization, management, logistics;
─ knowledge of creation and efficient use of inputs of agro-industrial production and personnel, quality management;
─ expertise in psychology and teaching methodology of economics.
In addition, the student is able to:
─ conduct the flow of documents according to job descriptions;
─ consult employees on economic management, legislation concerning enterprises and entrepreneurship;
─ calculate production costs, make factor analysis, seek out reserves to reduce operating and administrative expenses and cost of sales;
─ use price as a tool for assessment and analysis of important economic parameters of the enterprise development, the ability to ground level of offer prices for products produced by the agro-industrial units;
─ measure the achieved level of efficiency of inputs (fixed and working capital, personnel and land resources) and analysis of the achieved level of substantiation and proposals for further improvement;
─ develop programs of quality control and overall program management of enterprise competitiveness;
─ plan and organize the learning process.
