Professor Thomas Deissinger is a distinguished German scholar, Head of the Department of Business and Economic Education at the University of Konstanz. His research interests include vocational education, workplace learning, and competency development.

Professor Deissinger has made significant contributions to the study and advancement of the dual education system, which combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience.
