Oleh Hryhorovych Bilous is a Ukrainian economist, diplomat, and politician. He holds a Doctor of Economics degree, is a professor, and an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

In 1960, Oleh Bilous graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Industrial Management at the Kyiv Institute of National Economy, earning the qualification of an engineer-economist.

His research interests include global economics, international relations, and governance. He is the author of numerous scientific publications on these topics.

On November 16, 2006, in accordance with Protocol No. 5 of the Academic Council, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (KNEU) awarded Oleh Hryhorovych Bilous the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in recognition of his significant contributions to the development of economic science and education in Ukraine.
