Rating of the National Universities: KNEU gets the bronze, again

The new publication of “Compass” features the rating of high schools of Ukraine, which by intent of its authors, reflects the assessment of our University by graduates and employers in terms of correspondence of its academic services with 2011 labor market requirements.

As in 2010, the State University Kyiv National Economic University named after V.Hetman,  ranked third in the overall ranking of universities in Ukraine.As in 2010, KNEU lost only to Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University among the best institutions in training of economic specialists,.

The overall rating score of KNEU was 53, which is 2 points higher than the previous year, which moved us closer to the leaders and increases the gap between KNEU and other competitors.Some indicators worsened the position of the University.Thus, the perception of the quality of education by KNEU experts fell by two points from 50 to 48 points compared to the last year. , The cooperation between universities and companies, employers deteriorated by 6 points from last year's 65 points to 59 points.However, the growth of some indicators should be noted.Thus the satisfaction of the graduates by their education, and the possibility of implementing it in work rose by 5 points to 76 from 71 last year's indicator, and the perception by employers of the quality of KNEU education added 11 points to last year’s 33 points, boosting it to a score of 44 points in this year.
