The aim of the project is to analyze and model the green transformation of global food security based on data from open international databases and national statistical resources using Data Science methods and models, enabling the exploration of different scenarios and the identification of best international practices for their implementation in Ukraine.

Project objectives:

1. To conduct an analytical review of scientific works devoted to the problem of green transformation of food security, norms, standards and legal framework regulating the implementation of the green course of the economy; identify the directions of green transformation of food security and approaches to their modeling.

2. Identify a system of indicators characterizing the state of food security in the countries worldwide and the “greening of the economy”.

3. Analyze international and national sources of open data and form an integrated dataset for carrying out research.

4. Identify and justify the modeling tools and methods for analyzing the green transformation of global food security.

5. Develop a methodology for modeling and analyzing the green transformation of global food security based on Data Science methods and models.

6. Develop a set of models and algorithms for Data Science analysis of the green transformation of food security in the countries of the world.

7. Carry out computer implementation of the constructed Data Science models.

8. Based on the constructed models and algorithms, to analyze the processes of green transformation of food security in countries around the world.

9. To build scenarios for the development of the global food security system.

10. Identify best practices applied in countries of the world with natural and climatic / socio-economic / institutional conditions similar to those of Ukraine in the formation of the food security system.

11. To develop recommendations for the implementation of best international practices for the formation of a green food security model in Ukraine.
