Reinstatement/transfers are regulated by:

• Regulation on the Procedure for Expulsion, Interruption of Studies, Reinstatement, and Transfer of Persons Studying in Higher Education Institutions and Granting Them Academic Leave approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 134 dated February 7, 2024;
• Regulation on the Procedure for Transfer of Applicants and Reinstatement of Expelled Persons at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (revised);
• Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 910 dated June 24, 2024 “On Certain Peculiarities of Acquiring and Reinstating in the Status of an Education Applicant” (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1775 dated December 20, 2024).
