On  October 15th, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman hosted the concluding conference of the All-Ukrainian competition of research papers of students-of higher education institution "Priorities of human capital development and social institutions", which became a real celebration of SCIENCE.

Research papers of students from different parts of Ukraine were submitted to the competition: Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Poltava and others. Among the issues studied by the young scientists were the problems of ensuring decent work, social protection under martial law, human resources management, and improving social institutions. Special attention was paid to the strategy of education development, strengthening social responsibility, creating a barrier-free environment and an inclusive economy, improving access to healthcare services, improving HR practices, and establishing a dialogue between social partners to achieve the goals of sustainable development and economic revival of Ukraine. 

The All-Ukrainian competition has become a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, which will contribute to the further development of scientific thought. Based on the results of the presentations and discussions, the winners were selected in the following areas: Socioeconomics and Social Security, Social Sphere Management, and Human Resources Management.
