Education and scientific background:

  • 1969 - 974 — Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Cybernetics, specialty “Applied Mathematics”, qualification - mathematician.
  • 1989 - 1991 — postgraduate study at the Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Candidate of Technical Sciences since 1991, specialty 05.13.01 – control in technical systems. Diploma: KD No. 047456 dated 06.11.1991. Topic: “Solving problems of uninterrupted operation of main oil pipelines using methods of reliability theory”, defended on May 31, 1991 at a meeting of the Specialized Council of the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR.

Work experience

  • 2022 — to the present, Associate Professor of the Department of National Economy and Public Administration of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University;
  • 2021-2022 — Assistant to the General Director. State Enterprise "State Center of Information Resources of Ukraine";
  • 2017-2021 — Professor of the Department of Information Policy and Digital Technologies of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

Awards:

  • Grade of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "For Merit to the Ukrainian People" (2020).
  • Diploma of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine for exemplary performance of official duties and significant contribution to the training of civil servants and local government officials (2018).
  • Medal "In Memory of the 1500th Anniversary of Kyiv" for success in the design, development and implementation of the complex of programs "Planning of the modes of operation of the ACS TP of main oil pipelines".
