Biography:
Brief description of professional biography: She graduated from Kyiv State University named after T.G. Shevchenko (with honors, 1986), at the National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine (with honors, 2000), majoring in «Jurisprudence»(qualification lawyer). 1986-2001 - security officer. 2001-2013 - National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine, Department of Economics and Financial Law (senior lecturer, associate professor, professor); Department of General Law Disciplines (Professor, Head). 2014-2016 - National Academy of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, Research Institute (Chief Researcher). 2016 and present - SHEI «Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman», Department of Theory and History of State and Law (Professor); Department of Financial Law (Professor, Head of the Department, Professor); Department of Administrative and Financial Law (Professor). In 2001 she defended her PhD thesis, in 2012 - her doctoral dissertation on the topic: «Legal liability of financial law entities (as part of the mechanism of legal support of financial security of Ukraine)»in the specialty 12.00.07 «Administrative law and process; finance law; information law». The academic title of Professor of the Department of General Legal Disciplines (Financial Law) was awarded to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2012. Member of specialized scientific councils: K 26.006.09 in SHEI «Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman»; D.26.004.16 at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine; member of one-time specialized scientific councils in SHEI «Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman». Areas of research: problems of financial law, legal support of financial security of Ukraine, legal liability of financial law, financial control, legal protection of the financial system of Ukraine. 5 main publications for the last 5 years: 1.
