Brief description of professional biography:

He graduated from the Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law (2007), Program Subject Area “Law”.

2007-2010 – postgraduate student in the Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

In 2010, he defended dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic “Modern state and trends in the development of administrative justice in Ukraine” in the speciality 12.00.07 “Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Information Law”.

2010-2017 – Senior Consultant, Chief Consultant, Head of the Sector of the Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

In 2012, he received the academic title of Senior Research in the speciality 12.00.07 “Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Information Law”.

In 2016, he defended dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law on the topic “Theoretical Problems of Administrative and Process Legal Relations in Ukraine” in the speciality 12.00.07 “Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Information Law”.

From September 2017 to the present – Professor of the Department of Criminal and Administrative Law of the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine.
