In 1994, she graduated from the Credit and Economics Faculty of Ternopil National Economic University, receiving a diploma with honors in the specialty of "Finance and Credit." Since 1999, she has been working at the Department of Banking at KNEU. In 2011, she defended her Ph.D. dissertation on the topic "Collateral in the System of Bank Credit Risk Management" specializing in "Money, Finance, and Credit." In 2013, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Banking. In 2019, Nadiya Baridi was awarded the honorary title of "Distinguished Employee of KNEU."
