Research Areas: Public budgeting, Public Finance Management

Research Interests. The research focuses on budgeting technologies and methodologies in public finance, including program-targeted budgeting, performance-based budgeting for public sector entities, special fund budgeting, project financing, and priority-based budgeting (gender-responsive, stakeholder-oriented, green, and blue budgeting). It also examines joint budgeting approaches and fiscal policy, particularly customs policy, in the context of sustainable development.

Additional areas of interest include medium-term forecasting and planning as management tools in public finance, auditing budgeting outcomes, macro-level financial planning methods, macro-level project financing, and the effectiveness of financial support for public policy implementation. The research also addresses financial support in higher education, budget policy, accountability of budget fund managers, and the digitization of budgeting processes.
