Professional Biography Began a career in higher education in 1999 as a Lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines at the Odesa Institute of Ground Forces. From 2004 to 2014, worked at Donetsk State University of Management in the Department of Sociology of Management, progressing from Lecturer to Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Department for Educational and Methodological Work. From 2014 to 2017, served as Deputy Head of the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the Institute of Social Sciences and Self-Governance of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Higher Educational Institution 'Interregional Academy of Personnel Management'" (Kyiv). Actively engaged in professional activities beyond the academic environment. A member of the Sociological Association of Ukraine and the Bureau of the Kyiv Branch of the Sociological Association of Ukraine. Co-founder of the NGO "Center for Social Audit." Collaborated as a sociological expert with the Ukrainian Institute for Global Development and Adaptation and the newspaper Den. Certified trainer under the "Training of Trainers with Gender Sensitivity Elements" program by the National Democratic Institute (NDI, Canada). Also certified by the International Republican Institute (IRI, Washington, D.C., USA) in facilitating cooperation between political parties and civil society, as well as in youth leadership training. Training experience includes: - Trainer at the Youth Leadership School (authorial training program "Leader and Manager").
- Trainer at Bionic Leaders School (authorial training program "Communication Technologies and Conflict Neutralization in Social Interaction").
- Trainer for leadership development projects, including "Responsible Leadership" (working with student self-governance representatives at Kyiv National Economic University) and "Get Involved" (engaging student youth in Lviv, supported by the Lviv Regional State Administration).
Participated in various scientific grant projects, including: - "Encyclopedia of Ukrainian Migration. A Reference Guide",supported by the European Migration Network, the Luxembourg National Contact Point at the European Commission, and the University of Luxembourg.
- "War and Democracy"– commissioned by the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of San Diego (USA) with support from the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
- "ASSIST PROGRAMME ON CURRICULUM REFORM IN LAW AND POLITOLOGY"– a project of the British Council, Lancaster University, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
- International Cross-Cultural Comparative Study "Religion and Human Rights"– conducted jointly by the Sociology Program at the Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv, Ukraine) and the Institute of Practical Theology at the University of Würzburg (Würzburg, Germany).
- HITT-CIS International Research Project– "Population Health and Social Change."
