Stavytska Svitlana Oleksiivna – Doctor of Psychological Sciences (2013), Professor (2014), Professor departments Pedagogy and Psychology (2021) Faculty of Human Resources Management, Sociology and Psychology; Excellent Educationist of Ukraine (2006). Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine (2015). Education In 1980, she graduated with honors from the Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky Pedagogical College with a degree in "Primary School Teacher," and in 1989 - from the Kyiv State Pedagogical Institute named after O. M. Gorky, Faculty of Pedagogy, with a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology (School), qualification "Teacher-Researcher in Pedagogy and Psychology" and began working as a lecturer at the Department of Psychology. In 1999, she defended her PhD thesis, " Psychological and Pedagogical Conditions for Overcoming Personal Anxiety in Primary School Children," and in 2013, her doctoral thesis, "Genesis of Spiritual-Consciousness of Youth." In 2002, she received the title of Associate Professor, and in 2014, the title of Professor. Work Expirience Since graduating in 1989, Svitlana Oleksiivna has had 30 years of continuous experience in psychological-pedagogical and scientific work at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (NPU). She has held positions as a lecturer, postgraduate student, associate professor, and doctoral student in the Department of Psychology. From 2014 to 2021, she was a professor and head of the Department of General and Social Psychology and Psychotherapy. From 2008 to 2012, she was the Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Work and the Scientific and Methodological Council Chair at the Institute of Sociology, Psychology, and Social Communications. She was also a member of the editorial board of the professional journal International Scientific Forum: Sociology, Psychology, Pedagogy, Management. Since 2014, at her initiative, an international scientific and practical conference, Methods and Technologies of Social Psychology and Psychotherapy in Modern Society, has been organized and held. From 2018 to 2020, she was the guarantor of the educational and scientific master's program in Social Psychology and Psychotherapy and the educational and professional master's program in Social Psychology.
