We are pleased to announce a lecture by Peter R. Slowinski, J.S.M. (Stanford), a doctoral student and junior research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich, Germany.

"Legal Issues of Contracts for Entrepreneurs" - a lecture and a practical lesson for students of the master's program "Innovative Entrepreneurship and Digital Leadership"

The focus will be on an overview of the main important types of contracts in the field of intellectual property that entrepreneurs have to deal with when creating and developing a successful business. Special attention will be paid to technology transfer and collaboration.
