Higher education. Graduated from economic facilty of Kyiv State T. Shevchenko University in 1972; got Ph.D. from Kyiv State Technical University of Building and Architecture. Participation in international conferences, round tables, expert networks, projects. Took part in over 50 international conferences, round tables, projects. Basic international projects: participating in INTERECO summer schools, Truskavets, 1994—1996. International conference “Peculiarities of distribution of labour resources at labour markets”, June 1995, Lubeck, Germany. International project of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of U.S. Department of State, International Research and Exchange Board (IREX), August—November 1995- studies and scientific internship in the Temple university, Philadelphia, USA. International project of Christian Albrecht university and Conrad Adenauer fund, summer school in Kiel, Christian Albrecht university, June—July 1998, Germany. TEMPUS project: scientific internship in John Moore university, January—February 2004, Liverpool ,UK.
