Biography:

Higher education. Graduated from economic facilty of  Kyiv State T. Shevchenko University in 1972; got Ph.D. from Kyiv State Technical University of Building and Architecture.

Participation in international conferences, round tables, expert networks, projects.

Took part in over 50 international conferences, round tables, projects.
