Biography:
Work experience 20 years. Vikladatsky experience 5 years. Having graduated from the Academy of Municipal Administration in 2004, he received a diploma of a specialist with a certificate for the specialty. Graduated from the Kiev National Economic University named after. V. Hetman in 2015 received a diploma of a master for the specialty Finance and Started postgraduate studies for the specialty state and international economic. 2017-2018 r.b. MA in science promotion to the Sovereign University of Le-Mans (France) under the ERASMUS program. In 2020, I received my dissertation and received the scientific degree of a candidate of economic sciences. From 2001 to 2020, I worked at the core settlements of private consulting companies and organizations of local self-regulation. May 18 years of work in the management of the consulting business. The founder of the group of consulting companies BFC, as a sponsor of the Business Advisory Services (BAS) program with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and other international financial organizations.
