O. Melnyk graduated from Kiev State University in 1987. After that he studied in graduate school in political economy department of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. In 1989 he defended his thesis. The teacher works at Kyiv National Economic University in 1989. In 2001 he defended his doctoral thesis. He teaches the basics of economics, economic development, economic theory of money, theory of accelerating economic development |
