Dear Colleagues,

We are happy to invite you to participate in this year's conference, which will take place 9–11 December 2026 at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest, Romania.

One of the ideas that emerged during the meetings was to organize a special panel dedicated to Ukrainian digital governance and Smart City solutions, showcasing both academic research and practical digital solutions that support municipalities and territorial communities during reconstruction and long-term development.

We would be delighted to welcome presentations covering topics such as:

·  Innovative eGovernment solutions;

·  Smart City technologies and digital platforms;

·  AI applications for public administration;

·  Digital services supporting municipalities and territorial communities;

·  Successful case studies and best practices from Ukraine.

This year's CEEe|Gov Days 2026 theme is "The Role of Digital Services in the Reconstruction of Ukraine," making your expertise and experience especially valuable to the conference.
