15-21 вересня 2024 року відбулося Міжнародне навчання з лідерства SGH International leadership training for early-career researchers, що пройшов у Варшавській школі економіки SGH, за фінансової підтримки NAWA, за програмою CIVICA4UKRAINE, в якому взяла учать к.політ.н., доцент, доцент кафедри політичних технологій Ольга Науменко.

Під час тренінгу виступили професори практики Варшавської школи економіки SGH.

Зокрема, в рамках навчання був проведений тренінг Elena Pavet Pitching skills, щодо практичного презентування власних ідеї. Як зазначила тренерка, що перші речення та ключові ідеї є важливими.

Тренінг Maria Pietrzak Shaping responsible leadership, був цікавий щодо набуття навичок відповідального лідерства, основних лідерських компетентностей та їх розвитку.
Marcin Wojtysiak-Kotlarski, Beata Batorowicz, Global context for business in XXI century, про глобальний бізнес в умовах викликів.
Katarzyna Sobiech-Gladka Accelerating Ukrainian reconstruction PPP, про державно-приватне партнерство в інноваційному розвитку міста. Корисний кейс для майбутнього відновлення України. 

Навчання стало обміном науковим досвідом і можливостями співпраці.

On September 15-21, 2024, the SGH International Leadership Training for Early-Career Researchers took place at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, with the financial support of NAWA, under the CIVICA4UKRAINE program, which visited PhD in Political Science, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Political Technologies, Olha Naumenko.

Professors of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics spoke during the training.

In particular, Elena Pavet Pitching skills training was held as part of the training, regarding the practical presentation of one’s own ideas. As the trainer noted, the first sentences and key ideas are important.

The Maria Pietrzak Shaping responsible leadership training was interesting in terms of acquiring responsible leadership skills, basic leadership competencies and their development.

Marcin Wojtysiak-Kotlarski, Beata Batorowicz, Global context for business in XXI century, about global business in challenging conditions.

Katarzyna Sobiech-Gladka Accelerating Ukrainian reconstruction PPP, about public-private partnership in innovative development of the city. A useful case study for the future recovery of Ukraine.
